Chocolate Festive Brownies

Brownies, with a Pro Mlk twist!

Makes 6-10 brownies

Ingredients

You’ll need:

150ml Chocolate Pro Mlk 
210g Butter
80g Caster Sugar
140g Light Brown Sugar
150g Milk Chocolate
3 Medium Eggs
40g Cocoa Powder
65g Plain Flour
200g White Chocolate Chips

Optional toppings: All the festive chocolate! The more the better! 

 

 

What to do:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180c or 160c Fan.

Step 2

Whisk your eggs and sugar together, with an electric mixer, until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Melt your milk chocolate and butter together in a microwaveable bowl and then pour into the egg & sugar mixture.

Step 4

Stir the ingredients to combine, then add in your sifted flour & cocoa powder. Stir until you form a brownie batter. Then pour in your Chocolate Pro Mlk Shake and stir again.

Step 5

Add in your chocolate chips and stir to combine.

Step 6

Pour the batter into a greased, lined 9 x 9-inch tin and spread it evenly.

Step 7

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer poked through the centre comes out covered in a small amount of residue.

Step 8

Slice up and enjoy!
